Alban Federation is an accredited Initial Teacher Training provider offering both School Direct Salaried and School Direct Tuition Fee places in local secondary schools. Since 2016, a Primary training course (5-11) has been running alongside the secondary programme. We have been training teachers since 2004, working as a partnership of schools in St Albans, Harpenden and across Hertfordshire.

We are looking for ambitious graduates with:
